Do you run group tours?
Nope. Everything’s custom and private. You won’t be joining a group unless you’re planning one.
Can you plan trips for couples, families, or solo travelers?
Yes. All of the above. We've designed for honeymooners, parent-kid duos, friend groups, and solo explorers.
Is Colombia safe to travel?
Yes — with local insight. Like any country, it depends on where you go and how you travel. That’s why you’re here.
The Blueprint
What do I get with the Blueprint?
A custom day-by-day itinerary based on your style, budget, and pace — with booking links, local tips, and optional add-ons.
Do you book things for me with the Blueprint?
No. You get the full plan, but you book everything yourself. It’s for travelers who want control with expert guidance.
What if I want to upgrade later?
Easy. Your Blueprint fee becomes part of your deposit if you decide to go full service with The Masterplan.
The Masterplan
What’s included in the Masterplan?
Everything in the Blueprint, plus we handle all bookings, logistics, and on-the-ground support. You show up. We run it.
Do you provide support during the trip?
Yes. You get real-time WhatsApp access while you’re traveling, plus backup in case plans shift or things go sideways.
Can I start directly with the Masterplan?
Yes — every Masterplan starts with a Blueprint. We need to understand you first before we run the show.
B2B Services
Do you work with travel agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We collaborate with boutique agencies, designers, and DMCs who want on-the-ground expertise without adding overhead.
Do you work under other brands?
Yes. We can white-label, co-brand, or stay fully behind-the-scenes depending on what you need.
What kind of support do you offer?
We can design the itinerary, source venues, book services, coordinate logistics, and provide on-the-ground support — from scouting to last-minute shifts.
Do you handle retreats or group trips?
Yes. We’ve worked on yoga retreats, executive trips, and small-group adventures. We manage logistics so you can focus on the experience.
Can you help if we already have a trip designed?
Yes — we can jump in as a fixer, logistics coordinator, or local contact if your plan is already set but you need someone here to make it real.
Practical Stuff
Can you book international flights?
No. We handle everything inside Colombia — domestic flights, hotels, guides, logistics. You handle your flights in and out.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No, but we strongly recommend it. We can suggest providers if you need one.
Can you work with specific dietary needs or accessibility requests?
Yes — just let us know in the intake form so we can plan properly.
